The Engagement Auditorium has seating for up to one hundred. The Crestron Smart Podium controls the three main screens. Each seat has internet ports and power. Food and drink are not allowed in this room. | |
200-BSituation Stage |
 |
The Situation Stage (53’ x 46’) is an open space room connected to the Engagement Auditorium. The large space is adjacent to the Engagement Auditorium and can be configured to sit and additional one hundred for increased capacity.
The room contains seven screens spaced around the room to immerse the audience visually. Internet ports and power can be found throughout the room in the flooring in order to allow for maximum versatility in arranging the room. Food and Drink are not allowed in this room. |

The Jack Daniels Room (36’ x 36’) is a multi-purpose room for moderate sized meetings and dining area. It boasts an impressive eight screens (four are backlit) allowing anyone in the room to see a presentation or announcements. This is a great room for hosting your food and drinks. | |
