Experience:

MAJ Kathryn D'Antonio comes to NMMI from the Chicago Public School System. She completed an MA in School Counseling at Northeastern Illinois University and a BA in Spanish and Latin American Studies at DePaul University, with additional education in College Admissions Counseling from Elmhurst College. MAJ D'Antonio is a Nationally Certified Counselor (N.C.C.), holds a teaching license from the New Mexico Public Education Department, an Illinois School Service Certificate, and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in both New Mexico and Illinois.

MAJ D'Antonio has served as an active member of the College Awareness and Preparation Committee (CAP), an outreach program of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, and volunteered as a Scholarship Chicago College Counselor and Financial Aid Specialist.
