The
President/Superintendent is the chief executive officer of the Institute
and reports to the NMMI Board of Regents, the school's governing body.
He is responsible for the overall implementation of the mission of NMMI
and for communicating that mission to a variety of constituencies both
internally and externally.
The President and Superintendent's responsibilities include management of the faculty and
staff to facilitate the goals and priorities of the Institute. He also
demonstrates a personal commitment to integrity, devotion to duty, and
self-discipline qualities that the NMMI experience is designed to
instill in each cadet.
