Local Vendors

NMMI Information Services staff are state employees. We may not engage in activities that compete with local private enterprise. That is, we may not work on your computer. Below is a list of local vendors who will work on machines to make repairs, install new features, etc. NMMI does not recommend or support any one of the vendors over the others.

You must contact the vendor of your choice and make arrangements for repair or service. Local vendors may not come into the barracks to service your machine. Information Services has a workbench area where you may meet with the vendor of your choice. Some will pick up machines at that time and return them when the repair is complete. You must make all arrangements for service. Information Services’ staff is not responsible for logging, tracking, or arranging repairs. The repair and service of your machine is your responsibility. IS staff will advise, provide a meeting place, and facilitate your work with the vendor. We are not a computer support agency for personally owned computers.
