Audio/Visual Request Form

The form is to prepare the audio/visual staff at New Mexico Military Institute for anticipated audio/visual needs and requests. If you do not submit a completed form for each request at least 48 hours in advance, the Institute and the A/V staff cannot fully plan for your expected needs and may be unable to provide assistance or equipment.
