The New Mexico Military Institute Colt Swim Team is a member of the New Mexico Activities Association's (NMAA) District 3 (1A-5A), along with 7 other schools:

Clovis Wildcats	Hobbs Eagles	Las Cruces Bulldawgs	Mesilla Valley Christian Son Blazers
Due to the limited number of schools with swim facilities, the NMAA groups swim and dive teams by region rather than school enrollment size, hence the 1A-5A demarcation.
