Five Broncos Earn NJCAA All-American Honors

Roswell, NM -- Five recent graduates of the New Mexico Military Institute junior college division earned the National Junior College Athletic Association's Academic All-American award.  Drew Jurney from Roswell, NM and Tijana Knezevic from Serbia earned Distinguished Honors.  As the Valedictorian of her junior college class Knezevic earned a 3.91 GPA.  Jurney was the school's Salutatorian with a 3.86 GPA.  Bronco Basketball's Jesus Barraza, from Hagerman, NM, compiled a 3.70 GPA.  Sugar Tarin, a Bronco Volleyball player from Roswell earned the award with a 3.66 GPA.  Alamogordo, NM native and Bronco football player, Ace Huff landed on the list with a 3.68 GPA.
