ISCT: NMMI Agreement - Student Users Acceptance Form

This acceptance form is valid for the Microsoft products listed below, which shall be referred to collectively herein as the "Software." The Software is made available to you because New Mexico Military Institute has purchased temporary licenses for the Software through their Microsoft School Subscription Enrollment Student Option effective 1-August-2009 through 31-July-2012. New Mexico Military Institute is extending to you the right to use the Software on a personally-owned computer or an institution-owned computer designated for your exclusive use. You do not own the license or the CDs, rather you are authorized to use the Software and associated media pursuant to the terms and conditions of the license(s) granted to New Mexico Military Institute for the licensed period of New Mexico Military Institute's School Subscription Enrollment. You will be required to remove the Software from your personal machine immediately upon the earlier of (a) any event which causes you no longer to be a student of the institution or (b) expiration of the School Subscription Enrollment licensed period.

You are granted the right to use the following Software per the terms of the School Agreement Student Option:

Student Desktop Bundle License SA (292600)

By Accepting the Network Usage Terms & Conditions you agree to do the following:

• Read and abide by the license(s) associated with this Software.
  
  
• Understand that no technical support is provided by New Mexico Military Institute.
  
  
• Understand the minimum specifications to run the Software as listed.
  
  
• Understand that you will be required to remove the Software from your personal machine immediately upon the earlier of:

a) Any event which causes you to no longer to be a student of the institution.

b) Expiration of the School Subscription Enrollment licensed period.

• Understand that if New Mexico Military Institute does not renew the Student Option under the School Subscription Enrollment, then you must delete or remove the Software licensed to New Mexico Military Institute under the agreement from your computer at the time the enrollment expires or is terminated.
