Good news for graduates of NMMI! 

New Mexico State legislation has been approved to provide any high school graduate of a New Mexico high school in-state tuition rates at the New Mexico college of his/her choice.  That means, whether you are from any state in the U.S. or a foreign country, if you attend NMMI for at least one year and you graduate from NMMI’s high school you are eligible for this benefit – a savings of over $4,000. 

The good news doesn’t stop there --- as a New Mexico high school graduate you are also eligible for New Mexico state aid to include the NM Lottery Success Scholarship.  This scholarship cover the cost of tuition – about $1,500 annually - beginning the second semester of college provided the student completes at least 12 hours at NMMI’s Junior college and earns at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA each semester.
